ADR stands for “accord européen relatif au transport international des merchandises dangereuses par route” and describes the European provision for the transportation of dangerous goods by road.
Brief description Thanks to the provisions of the ADR, a set of regulations has been created for the transport of dangerous goods by road with a European scope. The ADR designates, for example, which goods are, as a rule, designated as dangerous goods, what packaging and documentation regulations must be observed and what equipment vehicles transporting dangerous goods should have.
