Manager of Finance and Controlling

Place of work: Dobra, 20 minutes from the center of Szczecin

Your tasks:

• Taking over key financial matters and parts of the administrative processes from the owners,
• Streamlining financial processes and document flows, including the implementation of good reporting practices,
• Building and managing project controlling, particularly the analysis of order profitability and return on investment,
• Preparing the organization for the implementation of an ERP system in the areas of finance and controlling, and participating in the implementation project.,
• Support for owners in making financial and investment decisions through reliable analyses, forecasts, and recommendations.

Our requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the finance or controlling area, preferably gained in a manufacturing company.,
• Practical knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to effectively cooperate with an accounting office.,
• Combining strategic thinking (data analysis, risk assessment, scenario preparation) with an operational approach and the ability to work with processes and documents.,
• High degree of independence, proactivity, and readiness to build solutions and processes from scratch,
• Desire for further development towards Head of Finance / CFO, while remaining comfortable in a „hands-on” role.

Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of medium- and long-term development strategies for departments, with particular emphasis on the expansion of service activities and improvement of assembly efficiency.,
• Team Management: Service and Installation Managers, Service Advisors, and Service and Installation Teams,
• Supervision over the planning, execution, and settlement of installations, including the qualification of installation companies,

Your tasks:

• Conducting installation projects - from preparation to commissioning and handover to the customer,
• Managing the work of third-party assemblers and coordinating their activities on site,
• Control of quality, safety and conformity of workmanship with technical documentation,
• Participation in testing, commissioning and final acceptance of systems,
• Reporting on the progress of work and preparing as-built documentation,

• Can read and analyze technical documentation,

• Communicates in English,
• Is ready for business trips (domestic and foreign projects),
• Has an active B driver's license.
