Shrink packaging is defined as plastic film wrapped around a storage unit.
 
Brief description
During the shrinking of plastic packaging (made of PE or PP with a thickness of 50-150 μm) to cover a load unit, it is heated to 180–220°C. During this process, the film becomes soft and shrinks upon cooling. This shrinking causes the film to adhere tightly to the goods, stabilize them, and connect them to the transport or loading units.
