Fidelity of deliveries, as well as the ability to rely on them, is an indicator expressed as a percentage to denote the degree of ability to deliver the goods as agreed. It is calculated from the number of deliveries made as agreed and the number of total deliveries.
Brief description
Delivery fidelity is used to measure the delivery service of delivered goods. For this purpose, delivery dates and quantities accepted by the customer and confirmed by the supplier are used as a criterion. This indicator also shows the degree of compliance with the declarations made to customers. Fidelity of delivery generally includes the number and timing of deliveries, while also too early delivery can be counted as not meeting the deadline.
