By the name of "game" or "warehouse game" we mean the determination in the course of picking work of trips empty and with goods by operating equipment.

The term "single play" describes a single loading and unloading with an empty trip belonging to it. By the term "double play," we mean a run consisting of receipt into the warehouse, followed by an empty run to the unit to be released from the warehouse, and then release from the warehouse. The point of this system is to avoid empty runs as much as possible. A high number of "double games" at the warehouse allows for a high throughput of loading and unloading.
