Distributor of sanitary equipment

We have commissioned a conveyor system at the company's Distribution Center in Germany. The company is a distributor of sanitary, heating and ventilation equipment, as well as various tools. It has more than 22,000 square meters of warehouse space and over 55,000 indexes in its product range. Our task was to create a system that would ensure high efficiency of the inspection, packaging and shipping zones on the relatively small area allocated for conveyors - most of the hall space is occupied by storage racks. Thanks to an innovative solution and the use of several levels of conveyors, we have achieved the intended goal, greatly facilitating the work of warehouse employees. We provided a throughput of 720 cuvettes per hour, 1,400 packages per hour in the shipping area, 6 locations for inspection of batched orders and 24 packing areas. 97% orders placed by 6pm are shipped the same day.
