Roller turntables are specialized devices used in automated pallet transport systems. They make it possible to change the direction of pallet movement by 90° or 180°, without the need for reloading or additional conveyors. This makes them indispensable in areas where space is limited and the transport system requires flexibility.
The roller turntable is an integral part of conveyor lines in distribution centers, production halls or buffer warehouses. It cooperates with other elements of the system, such as roller conveyors, chain conveyors or stacker cranes, allowing efficient and smooth control of pallet movement in multiple directions.

Roller turntables
The pallet enters a roller turntable platform equipped with a set of driven transport rollers. After stopping, the entire structure is rotated by a programmed angle (90° or 180°), allowing the pallet to quickly and precisely change direction. The pallet is then further transported in the new direction, without having to change the conveyor track. The entire process is fully automated and synchronized with other elements of the warehouse's automatic pallet transport system.
