HART company from Opole, was established in 1990. The object of its activity is wholesale of parts for cars, motorcycles and confectioning of goods under the private HART brand. The wholesaler's offer is addressed to automotive trade establishments and service workshops.
W Styczniu 2009 roku została uruchomiona stacja konsolidacji zleceń magazynowych. Przepustowość stacji to kilkaset kuwet na godzinę. O bezpieczeństwo pracownika dbają automatyczne drzwi przesuwne. W stacji konsolidacji zastosowano najnowsze dostępne technologie: sterowniki PLC Simatic-57 produkcji firmy Siemens, conveyors akumulacyjne najnowszej generacji, czytniki kodów kreskowych Sick, technologię pick-to-light. System informatyczny sterujący stacją został stworzony specjalnie na potrzeby projektu. Stabilną i wydajną pracę systemu zapewnia technologia firmy Oracle.
Ze względów organizacyjnych magazyn jest podzielony na strefy kompletacji. Zamówienie klienta po wprowadzeniu do systemu zarządzania magazynem w formie zlecenia wydania, jest automatycznie dzielony na części. Pracownik pracujący w danej strefie otrzymuje tylko fragment odpowiadający jego strefie. Proces kompletacji zlecenia uruchamiany jest równolegle we wszystkich strefach. Każdy z pracowników po skończeniu kompletacji, odkłada pojemnik na roller conveyor i przystępuje do realizacji następnego zlecenia. Pojemniki ze stref zbierania są automatycznie transportowane do strefy wysyłki. Pojemniki dojeżdżają do strefy w różnej kolejności i mogą dotyczyć różnych zleceń.
The ordering of containers is carried out by an order consolidation station. At the heart of the station are two automatic carousel shelves. Each order is dynamically assigned a shelf. The system automatically identifies the arriving container and activates the carousel rack. The correct shelf, corresponding to the order, pulls up automatically. In addition, a pick-to-light display indicates where the container should be placed. When the carousel rack completes all the containers pertaining to a given order, the shelf with the containers automatically pulls up. The pick-to-light system indicates which containers should be unloaded from the rack for packing into shipping containers.
