Who was the customer?
The client, a renowned manufacturer and distributor of motorcycle accessories, served an extensive network of 80 stationary stores in Europe. The main warehouse was located in a multi-story facility: the hall has as many as 4 floors full of goods spread out on different levels.

The dynamic growth of the company and the construction of more halls required combining them into a One consistent picking and distribution system.
