Who was the customer?
The client, a renowned manufacturer and distributor of motorcycle accessories, served an extensive network of 80 stationary stores in Europe. The main warehouse was located in a multi-story facility: the hall has as many as 4 floors full of goods spread out on different levels.
Customer challenges:
- The dynamic growth of the company and the construction of more halls required combining them into a One consistent picking and distribution system.
- The need to operate a complex infrastructure with fire gates and multiple safety zones.
- Need for efficient sorting and transportation different types of shipments (to company subsidiaries - in boxes, to end customers - in cartons).
- Need to increase capacity to serve 7,000-8,000 packages per day.

We designed and implemented for the client specialized sorting and distribution system, which has grown with the expansion of its infrastructure.
- Segregation system for up to 1,200 cuvettes per hour - enabling simultaneous handling of shipments to subsidiaries and to end customers.
- Integration of newly built halls and existing racks into the one coherent logistics system.
- Multi-level conveyors communicating the farthest corners of the warehouse, crossing different fire zones and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Dedicated solutions for specific areas of the warehouse (e.g., areas with helmets).
