Manager ds. Finansów i Controllingu
Place of work: Dobra, 20 minutes from the center of Szczecin
Your tasks:
- Przejęcie od właścicieli kluczowych zagadnień finansowych oraz części procesów administracyjnych,
- Uporządkowanie procesów finansowych i obiegów dokumentów, w tym wdrożenie dobrych praktyk raportowania,
- Zbudowanie i prowadzenie controllingu projektowego, w szczególności analizy marżowości i rentowności zleceń,
- Przygotowanie organizacji do wdrożenia systemu ERP w obszarze finansów i controllingu oraz udział w projekcie wdrożeniowym,
- Wsparcie właścicieli w podejmowaniu decyzji finansowych i inwestycyjnych poprzez rzetelne analizy, prognozy i rekomendacje.
Nasze wymagania:
- Minimum 8 lat doświadczenia w obszarze finansów lub controllingu, najlepiej zdobytego w firmie produkcyjnej,
- Praktyczna znajomość zasad księgowości oraz umiejętność efektywnej współpracy z biurem rachunkowym,
- Łączenie myślenia strategicznego (analiza danych, ocena ryzyk, przygotowanie scenariuszy) z podejściem operacyjnym i umiejętnością pracy na procesach oraz dokumentach,
- Wysoka samodzielność, proaktywność oraz gotowość do budowania rozwiązań i procesów od podstaw,

Senior Manager ds. Serwisu i Montażu
Place of work: Dobra, 20 minutes from the center of Szczecin
Your tasks:
- Opracowanie i wdrożenie średnio- i długoterminowej strategii rozwoju działów, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem ekspansji usług serwisowych i poprawy efektywności montaży,
- Zarządzanie zespołem: Kierownicy Serwisu i Montażu, doradcy Serwisu oraz ekipy serwisowe i montażowe,
- Nadzór nad planowaniem, realizacją i rozliczaniem montaży, w tym kwalifikacją firm montażowych,
- Budowanie standardów jakości, terminowości i obsługi klienta oraz rozwój KPI,
- Optymalizacja procesów operacyjnych i wdrażanie nowych rozwiązań technologicznych (ERP, CMMS, digitalizacja).
Nasze wymagania
- Wiedza z zakresu mechatroniki, automatyki przemysłowej, elektryki i mechaniki,
- Umiejętność analizy dokumentacji technicznej i projektowej,

Junior Constructor / Designer (SolidWorks)
Place of work: Dobra, 20 minutes from the center of Szczecin
Your tasks:
- Design and modification of material handling equipment components (mainly small and repetitive components) using SolidWorks,
- Preparation of technical and user documentation,
- Ongoing support of project implementation,
- Cooperation with other departments of the company.
We are looking for a person who:
- Has a university degree or is in the process of studying (mechanical engineering or related fields),
- Can prepare a technical drawing,
- Proficiently uses SolidWorks, AutoCAD and MS Office software,
- Has experience in a similar position,
- Is accurate, responsible and committed.

Assembler of Machinery and Equipment
Place of work: Dobra, 20 minutes from the center of Szczecin
Your tasks:
- Installation of conveyors and components of material handling systems on the production floor,
- Assembling mechanical components according to technical documentation,
- Quality control of the completed components,
- Collaborate with the production team and the construction department.
We are looking for a person who:
- Can use power tools,
- Has manual skills and attention to detail,
- Is committed, conscientious and eager to learn,
- Can work in a team.

- The ability to read technical drawings,
- Experience working in manufacturing or machine assembly,

Intralogistics Systems Assembly Manager
Place of work: Dobra, 20 minutes from the center of Szczecin
Your tasks:
- Conducting installation projects - from preparation to commissioning and handover to the customer,
- Managing the work of third-party assemblers and coordinating their activities on site,
- Control of quality, safety and conformity of workmanship with technical documentation,
- Participation in testing, commissioning and final acceptance of systems,
- Reporting on the progress of work and preparing as-built documentation,
- Cooperation with design, production and service departments.
We are looking for a person who:
- Has experience leading or supervising assembly projects (preferably in the intralogistics, automation or mechatronics industry),
- Can read and analyze technical documentation,
- Is willing to work with others and can solve problems in a dynamic environment,
- Is independent, responsible and organizes its own work and that of the team well,
- Communicates in English,
- Is ready for business trips (domestic and foreign projects),
- Has an active B driver's license.
Additional advantage will be:
- Knowledge of control systems (TIA Portal, SOPAS, ASi, ProfiNET),
- Experience working with transportation or mechatronic systems.
