Head of Sales / Sales Leader
Place of work: Dobra, 20 minutes from the center of Szczecin
As Head of Sales / Sales Leader at Intralog, you will be responsible for:
- Development and implementation of sales strategy (Poland and neighboring countries)
- Building and developing a sales team - recruiting, leading, mentoring
- Managing the entire B2B sales process - from sourcing leads to finalizing contracts
- Work closely with marketing, technical department and management
- Maintain and develop relationships with key customers and partners
- Representing the company at industry events, at home and abroad
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 7 years of B2B sales experience in the tech industry - a prerequisite
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a sales team
- Experience in independently developing and implementing sales strategies
- Knowledge of the B2B customer lifecycle and consultative selling
- Ability to find oneself in a dynamic work environment and willingness to work within the structure of a company under development
- Very good knowledge of English (B2+/C1)
- Active driving license cat. B

Welder
Place of work: Dobra, 20 minutes from the center of Szczecin
As a Welder at Intralog you will be responsible for:
- Welding by MIG/MAG methods (structures of material handling equipment),
- Verification of welding parameters depending on the type of material and design,
- Welding according to plans and procedures,
- Evaluation of errors and their removal.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- The ability to weld using MIG and MAG methods,
- Experience in a similar position,
- The ability to read technical machine drawings,
- welding qualifications,
- Accuracy, reliability and responsibility.

Technical Advisor in the Service Department
Place of work: production hall, Dobra, 20 minutes from the center of Szczecin
As a Technical Advisor in the Service Department at Intralog, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and handling service requests,
- Remote diagnostics of equipment errors, assisting customers in solving technical problems,
- Preparation of service offers,
- Setting and coordinating the schedule of warranty and post-warranty services,
- Maintenance of service records,
- Ensuring high quality of services and maintaining good relations with customers.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical education (automation, robotics, electronics, mechatronics),
- Practical knowledge of VPNs,
- Ability to read technical drawings (CAD) and electrical schematics (EPLAN),
- Practical knowledge of automation / electrical / mechanical,
- Proficiency with computers and programs (MS Office),
- The ability to establish and maintain positive business relationships,
- The ability to think analytically and solve technical problems independently.

Automation - PLC Programmer
Automation - PLC Programmer
Place of work: Dobra, 20 minutes from the center of Szczecin
As an Equipment Assembler at Intralog, you will be responsible for:
- Configuration and programming in the TIA Portal environment,
- Diagnostics and programming of PLCs and HMI panels (Siemens),
- Design, modify, implement and test PLC software for manufactured equipment,
- Commissioning of systems at the customer's site (trips mainly in Poland and Germany),
- preparation of technical documentation
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher technical education (automation, robotics, electronics, mechatronics),
- Ability to program PLCs and HMI panels (Siemens),
- Familiarity with the TIA Portal / Step7 environment,
- Ability to read technical drawings (CAD) and electrical schematics (EPLAN),
- The ability to think analytically and solve technical problems independently,
- cat B driver's license,
- Willingness to travel on business.

- Experience in a similar position, with PLC programming,
- Knowledge of English or German at a communicative level and able to read technical documentation,
- Knowledge of PROFINET, TCP/IP, ASi communication protocol,
- Ability to diagnose / configure / program inverters, and vision systems,
